House Manager

From kr. 500,-ex.moms

This price includes the following:

  • We take very good care of the house all year round, both during and outside the season. We handle the practicalities, managing and ensuring the quality of cleaning and other subcontractors, so the house is ready for your arrival.

  • Outside the season, we visit the property approximately twice a month to check that everything is in order. We send the owners an email with a status update from this visit, noting anything they should be aware of or take action on.

    The monthly price depends on the size of the house, complexity, etc. Therefore, it will be scaled according to the requirements.

    All prices are indicative and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

Cleaning and gardening

Cleaning and gardening services are not included in the prices, but are available for an additional cost:

  • Cleaning fees starts at kr. 500,- ex. moms but is depending on the size of your property (Cleaning will be payed by you guests if you rent out your house through Airbnb).

  • ‘Light’ gardening services are priced from kr. 350,- ex. moms per hour.

Taxes

Photography

We do photography of your house, for Airbnb use, for a fee of kr. 1.500kr. ex moms.

Hostess Airbnb

Price: 20% of your rental income ex.moms

This price includes the following:

  • Promoting your property through our social media channels.

  • Managing your Airbnb-account by becoming a co-host, including optimizing descriptions and criteria

  • Charming descriptions of your home and surrounding area.

  • Communication with guests from booking inquiries to post-stay follow-ups

  • Facilitating easy check-ins and key exchanges

  • We welcome guests with beautiful flowers

  • Inspection between guest stays, along with fresh bedding (cleaning is not included in the price).

  • Acting as a liaison with Airbnb for any necessary support

  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs when needed

  • We are available, flexible and easy to get in contact with

    As a homeowner, you can always stay updated on the process through Airbnb and voice any preferences as they arise.

We offer to create your Airbnb-account if needed for a small fee.

We ensure that all guests and homeowners have the very best and safest experience during the rental process. Furthermore, we can provide all the information guests need when vacationing in Hornbæk and the surrounding areas, as we know the area like the back of our hand.

Payment

We invoice you at the end of each month for our fees.

Responsibility and insurance

We do everything to ensure you can feel safe and trust that we provide the best experience for both you and your guests.

Hornbæk House Manager is an independent third party and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Airbnb, Inc. or its subsidiaries.

On those infrequent occasions when an issue arises within your home, we are available to coordinate repairs and/or aid in preparing any necessary documentation for Airbnb insurance claims.
